Metal Dust Pelletization

Fine iron and steel dusts from grinding, cutting, shot blasting and metallurgical operations are upgraded into dense, reusable pellets.

Instead of sending metal-rich dust to landfill, our process agglomerates it into uniformly sized pellets. These pellets can be fed back into forging, sintering, electric arc furnaces and other metallurgical processes — returning valuable iron, carbon and alloying elements to the production loop.
